BrightBeam operators use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other AI assistants as part of their daily workflow. We provide access and training. You don't need to be an AI expert — just willing to learn and use these tools to work smarter.
Most roles are flexible — part-time (20 hrs/week) or full-time (40 hrs/week). Hours depend on client needs and your timezone overlap. We work with operators across all major timezones.
BrightBeam operators work as independent contractors. You'll manage your own schedule within the agreed hours and receive payment on a regular cycle. You're responsible for your own taxes and equipment.
